By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Use of any functionality of Signaturebars.com constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.

Signature Bars reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these terms.

Drinks packages terms & conditions

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. By proceeding with ordering and making a payment you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over.

If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Signature Bars takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Signature Bars will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.

Payment

Payment can only be made by Bacs or using credit/debit cards through a pay by link sent via email.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Signature Bars does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been made.

Delivery

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Signature Bars is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at info@signaturebars.com and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Alcohol is best enjoyed in moderation.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

If there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at info@signaturebars.com

Please note that items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking cost. This cost will be taken out from the refund total, except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case a full refund will be made.

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs and re-stocking cost, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

Bar hire terms & conditions

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase, attempt to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. We would suggest that anyone who looks or could be thought to be under the age of twenty one brings photographic ID/proof of age with them or we will not be able to serve them.

We will refuse to serve anyone at the event who is or appears to be excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff, customers or other guests.

We will also refuse to serve anyone who purchases or attempts to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18 or someone who has previously been refused alcohol by the bar staff. The decision on such matters will be taken by the bar staff and will be final.

The bar staff also reserve the right to close the bar at any time if in their opinion unruly or troublesome behaviour has arisen or is likely to arise within the venue or its environs.

Signature Bars will be the sole provider of all beverages at the event unless previously agreed in writing. It will not be permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks at the event.

We can on behalf of the client, obtain any alcohol license required from the Licensing Authority for the event. We can only provide a bar service with an approved license from the Licensing Authority.

Bar opening times will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

Supply all equipment, staff and drinks (unless previously agreed otherwise in writing).

Setting up

We will require a 13amp power supply at or near to the bar location.

We will require sufficient access to the venue prior to the start of the event to provide and assemble the required goods and equipment and sufficient time between the closing of the bar and having to vacate the venue to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicle/s.

Booking & payment

A deposit will be required at time of booking to ensure the confirmation of the booking. This deposit will be refunded at the time of full payment. In the unlikely event of the bar not being required by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.

All bookings including a signed contract and payment of the required booking fee must be received not less than 28 days prior to the event. In the unlikely event of the venue and/or the event being refused an alcohol license the booking fee less any costs incurred in the alcohol license application process will be refunded.

In all other circumstances our acceptance of a signed booking form, contract and full payment of the booking fee will constitute a legally binding contract between Signature Bars and the client(s) named on the booking form.

Should the booking include an order for venue decor and/or personalised accessories, payment for these must be received sufficiently in advance and not less than 60 days before the event, to enable any production or manufacturing process to be completed prior to the event. Any further payments due must be received as cleared funds not less than 28 days prior to the event.

Our fees are based on the number of guests, adults and children, specified on the booking form. Should there be a change to the numbers attending, either more or less, it is a condition of the booking that you inform us. In the case of a free or prepaid bar, should more people attend than have been paid for, adults or children, we will give you the opportunity to pay for the additional guests at the agreed price per head. Such payment must be made immediately. In the event that we cannot locate you, or you refuse to pay we reserve the right to close the bar and remove all our goods and equipment with immediate effect.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit may be payable in advance to secure any booking, and will be refunded after the event when all equipment is collected in the same condition it was delivered. Any loss or damage may result of some or all of this deposit being withheld.

Parking

We use a combination of vehicles and box trailers, their size and number being governed by the size of the event. Vehicles range in size from Ford Transit to Volkswagen Crafter; some vehicles have an extended roof line. We must be able to manoeuvre and park these vehicles close to the venue entry/exit doors for unloading on arrival and reloading at the end of the event. It is therefore essential that no parking restrictions apply that might prevent us from carrying out these activities and that sufficient space is available to enable us to carry out these tasks. Once unloaded, the vehicles can be removed to a suitable parking area which, for security and convenience of storing/collecting reserve stock, must be close to and within the boundary of the venue.

If suitable and sufficient space is not available and/or we have to park illegally, you will be responsible for payment of any non endorseable fines. Please note: Under no circumstances will we park or unload in any area where our vehicle(s) may be towed away, clamped, locked in or where we may be liable for an endorseable penalty/commit an endorseable offence.

The decision of our driver(s) shall be final with regard to any issue relating to parking, or vehicle/staff safety. Should any issue arise relating to these matters, our driver(s) will contact you or your appointed event representative in order to discuss suitable alternatives.
